Four principles that guide every system I design. These aren’t values from a company deck, they’re patterns learned from building real systems that had to actually work.
Automate Outcomes, Not Tasks
The system doesn't matter. The result does. Before designing anything, I spend time understanding what success actually looks like, not what it looks like in a deck, but what changes in the business when this works. I automate towards outcomes, not activity.
Revenue is the Ultimate Test
Every system I build gets measured against one question: does this move revenue? Not "is it efficient?" Not "is it elegant?" Revenue. If an automation saves 40 hours a week but those hours don't get reinvested into anything that matters, it's not a win.
Elegance in the Invisible
The best systems are the ones nobody notices. When automation works perfectly, it disappears, users just experience a faster, smoother outcome. I design for invisibility. The interface should feel inevitable, not engineered.
Iterate to Infinity
No system ships finished. The first version is a hypothesis. Data is the feedback loop. I build lightweight, instrument everything, and iterate continuously. The systems that compound value are the ones that keep getting better after launch.
